Life since high school:

After I left Terra Nova my freshman year I moved to San Francisco to live with my mother for the first time. I went to Poly High School and then finished at Galileo. I moved back to Mori's Point with my grandfather for a couple years then in 1969 I moved with Tomi Eldridge (Rushing) and her husband Chuck out of the Bay Area to a place called Fiddletown in Amador County. It was a whole new world for all of us. Many funny experiences. I married my first husband and lived in Amador County and the foothills, Got my License and owned a Beauty Salon for many years. After 10 years and 2 sons we divorced and I re-married and also got my Electrolysis license and did that along with hair styling . My 2nd marriage only lasted 5 years but I got an amazing daughter to show for it. I remarried for the 3rd time to a wonderful guy and we traveled and did cruises and built our dream home in the hills (Volcano, Ca) and after 10 wonderful years he passed away in 2004. I also lost my first husband that year who I had remained friends with. Also in 2004 one of my grandaughters had cancer and lived at UCSD for a year and is now 12 years old and cancer free.

All during these years my love of horses stayed with me, I rode and showed and did barrel racing. Lived on a cattle ranch and have always loved the country life. I moved to Klamath Falls in March and love the slow pace; of course I'm not in town, but out on a ranch that belongs to a good friend. At the end of the year I want to buy a home and just can't decide yet if I want to stay here or buy in the Sacramento or Lodi area to be closer to the kids and grandkids. I have 5 grandaughters. I haven't been to Pacifica since 1987 but will allways think of it as home.
